Dynanotex
Dynanotex is a Tow Spreading system for the production of Unidirectional Carbon Fibre reinforcements.
Dynanotex concept based in two separate layers of Unidirectional Carbon Fibre bonded together by Resin compatible Adhesive.
Essentially a Tow Spreading System creating a Unidirectional sheet of Carbon Fibre which can then subsequently be to varying widths used in the production of weaved Dynanotex. Dynanotex fabrics both UD and woven have:
· No additional surface treatments.jpg)
· Perfect fibre alignment
· Thickness reduction (35% less than traditional UD Reinforcements)
· Low weight Reinforcements (70 to 200g/m²) from heavy Tow Fibres (15K-24K-50K)
· Perfect alignment of fibre maximises the mechanical performance of the fibres
· Improvement of interlminar sheer strength as a result of the perfect bonding of fibres layers
· Improvement of fibre impregnation
· Reduction/Elimination of resin build up due to the excellent fibre distribution
Currently Dynanotex Fabrics are used in Wind Surfing, Kite Boarding, Skis, Hockey Sticks and sports goods in general, Automotive and Marine applications.

Dyno Green Line
As part of the range of Dynanotex Fabrics recent development includes Natural Cork Fabrics and Hybrid Fabrics of Carbon and Cork.
UD Glass Dynanotex
A recent development in the Dynanotex family has been the creation on, UD Glass Fabrics. Based on heavy roving typically 1200 TEX a range of UD Glass Fabrics has been created with weights from 150g to 305g.

Alutex
Is a range of Woven Glass Fibre Fabrics typically 200g to 300g of varied weave patterns. Such fabrics are subsequently Powder.jpg)
Coated using an Aluminium Powder to create the
finished look.
As a variation we can also offer Titanex (dark aluminium), Cuptex (copper), Goldtex (brass). Within the range of Alutex Fabrics many unique weaving styles have been developed to enhance the decorative aspects of these products. A couple of examples are Arrow weave and Rhomboid weave.

Titanex & Cuptex
As a variation to the standard Alutex we can offer a variation of shading.
Cuptex provides a Copper Coloured Fabric, Titantex is a Dark Grey (gun metal) and Goldtex (brass). The variants are only available to order and are not carried in stock.
Additionally, within the family of Alutex (Woven Powder Coated Glass Fabrics). We offer a range of coloured Aluminised range, incorporating subtle shades of Red, Blue and Yellow. The subtle shades are not carried in stock, however they are available to order.
Originally developed for the ski market the Alutex range is now extensively used in Automotive, Marine and Sports applications.
Carbon and Coloured Fibres
The Carbon Hybrid range of fabrics are a combination of Carbon Fibres and Coloured Polyester Fibres.
The fabrics are typically red, blue or green. Other colours are available, subject to minimum order quantities. The styles available are relatively limited to Plain and Twill Weaves.
As a cheaper alternative we can offer a combination of Black Diolen with Coloured Polyester. This fabric is available in the same weights and weaves as the Carbon and Coloured Polyester.
These styles are used almost exclusively for Decorative Applications, typically Automotive, Marine and Sports Goods.
Innovative Tex
Originally designed for Aerospace Applications. The combination of Carbon with Copper was.jpg)
successfully tested for Lightning Strike on the Leading Edge.
More recently, the combination of Carbon with Metallic Threads has been widely embraced by the Automotive Industry. Its application is an effective alternative to standard Carbon Woven Fabrics, for internal decoration.
The Innovative range has been extended with the development of Coloured Metallic Threads, providing the end user with an alternative to traditional Coloured Carbon Fabrics.
The development of Coloured Metallic Threads creates fabrics with vibrant colours even after laminating.
Unlike traditional coloured yarns (typically Polyester or Polypropelene) the use of colour in the Metallic Threads does not lose any brilliance after lamination.
The Innovative range includes standard style weaves such as Plain and Twill, but also many designs, unique to this family of fabrics.
