Cristex are now suppliers of AX-5605, which is an advanced pre-ceramic, polymer-silica prepreg system developed for high-temperature applications up to 482°C. This innovative material features a polymer-silica matrix reinforced with carbon, offering outstanding strength, thermal resistance, and structural integrity—ideal for high-performance, multi-ply laminates. The solution-coated process ensures thorough fibre impregnation and delivers excellent mechanical properties, even under extreme thermal conditions. With a service temperature range from -55°C to 482°C, AX-5605 is perfectly suited for applications demanding exceptional thermal stability and fire resistance.
