Cristex recently exhibited at the “country’s largest sector show” according to Minister for Investment, Graham Stuart who also commented, “Advanced Engineering Show offers enormous opportunities for the future and young people right across the country should consider entering this buoyant market.”
The show took place on the 31st October and 1st November 2018 at the NEC in Birmingham, Cristex featured a range of products suitable for various markets i.e. Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Construction to name a few.
We showcased a new range of fire-resistant materials recently launched by our partner, SAERTEX. The SAERTEX Leo Coated Fabric has the highest level of fire resistance integrated within the fabric and meets the most demanding fire protection requirements for Rail Transportation, the Marine sector and the Construction industry. This new material was a big hit and is currently a unique product available in the UK.
Cristex also featured a range of other products from our partners, G. Angeloni who recently launched a new range of decorative fabrics, Eurocarbon, showcased a range of Woven Tapes, Tubular and Flat Braids that are mainly used in the composite industry and Elantas Europe displayed various Epoxy Resins and Adhesives for the manufacturing of composite parts.
Sales Area Manager, Mike Baker commented, “The Advanced Engineering Show is always really successful, the quality of visitors has been great! The show allowed us to not only make connections with new customers but improve on existing.”
We are delighted at the huge number of visitors as well as customers that came to see us. The Advanced Engineering Exhibition is an important event in our calendar as it brings together manufacturers and suppliers of all sizes and demonstrates the future of the industry.
