Here at Cristex, supporting the health and wellness of our employees is vitally important to us. We have introduced an internal engagement strategy to help improve both mental and physical wellbeing within the workplace.
There are a few steps we are taking as a business to ensure we create and maintain a positive working environment:
Cristex like a healthy start to the week with a fruit box delivered to our office. We have chosen a company that has sustainability in mind, with the fruit being delivered in fully recyclable packaging. The vitamins and nutrients found in fruit are the perfect addition to aiding a healthy lifestyle and this has proven to be very popular.
We have also introduced Wellbeing Wednesdays. This is a chance for employees to take a break and participate in a different activity every month. For the first Wellbeing Wednesday we enjoyed healthy homemade smoothies.
Furthermore, Cristex is supporting the wider community by donating £100 each month to a chosen charity of an employee’s choice. The selected charity name is drawn once a month to ensure equality so that every charity will receive a donation.
As a business, we also understand the importance of continuous development. We have various training programmes in-house to ensure our employees can build stronger relationships with customers and that they are confident in the work they are doing.
