SAERflow® is an advanced infusion material developed by SAERTEX to improve resin distribution and processing efficiency in vacuum infusion applications.

The material combines glass fibre reinforcement with an integrated synthetic flow structure, creating a lightweight and highly drapable solution that supports faster resin infusion across complex composite laminates.

Unlike traditional external flow meshes, SAERflow® becomes part of the laminate structure, helping reduce consumable usage, simplify lay-up and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Key Benefits

  • Faster and more controlled resin infusion

  • Reduced process time and consumable usage

  • Excellent drapability for complex geometries

  • Simplified lay-up and handling

  • Improved laminate consistency

  • Suitable for large structural infusion applications
