Quadaxial fabrics are non-crimp composite reinforcements consisting of four fibre layers orientated in multiple directions, typically 0°, 90° and +45°/-45°, stitched together using polyester yarns.

By combining fibres in four orientations within a single fabric, quadaxial materials provide multi-directional strength, improved load distribution and enhanced laminate performance.

This construction allows engineers to achieve high structural efficiency while reducing the number of layers required in the laminate.
